  Does anyone of the Value Retail team have the right to spy & take pictures of the workers inside the store or working place & then sent it to somebody & to their boss? Funny thing is, the picture they took is that my colleague is using her phone which we know definitely the rules & the reason why my colleague was using it because of work communication with other colleagues which our boss is aware of. I have worked 10hours today because some of our team is sick & some have holidays & we are only 3 of us at this day. This colleague of mine who have been taken picture of a spy using her phone have normally her free day today but since we need people at the store she agreed to work even though her grandfather was rushed to the hospital! The only thing that pisses me off is that this guy named DENNIS I think have big issues on us which is confusing. I don't know what he's up to & he is the one who sent a spy to take pictures on us. Does he know that he will get a problem on taking someone else's photo without permission? This is my personal opinion & this is nothing to do with the company I'm working with. We have proof & witness that we have worked & not just sitting there which this DENNIS was trying to imply. Don't judge us! Asked first if you want to know. If he has a problem why not talk to us in a nice way? I love my job & I worked every penny I received that's why I am badly hurt what this guy is doing. He have no right to do such a thing!
